The survey discovered that to cut costs, homeownersw are taking extreme actions; 34 percent say they have had familyt or friends move in with them in the last The (NYSE: WFC) quarterly surveyt indicated that 42 percent are spending less on theier children in the glum economy. Because of their debt, 36 percentf say they’re cutting back on smalledr expenditures, such as dinin g out, buying clothes and gifts for SinceWells Fargo’s previous survey, taken in fourth quarter of 2008, the percentage of those who have anxiety over job securityu has risen to 29 percent from 21 percent. Welle Fargo said the latest survey was conducteed by Ipsos Marketing andpolled 1,565 homeowners from Marcb 23-31.
