Opus has hired counsek to explore restructuring options forits Phoenix-based operating Opus West, according to Winston Hewett, a company The restructuring could include filingb for Chapter 11 bankruptcy, similar to action taken by its Atlanta-basex Opus South subsidiary April 22.
