Grand Lacuna golf course hit with foreclosure - Houston Business Journal:

This marks the second golf course in Palm Beach Counth with a pending foreclosure actionagainst it. A differenf lender is suing the 110-acre Emeralrd Dunes Golf Course in Royal Palm OnMay 29, Providence, R.I.-basedf filed a foreclosure actiobn against and managing member Kenneth W. Brown, accordinv to records. The lawsuit was baserd on a mortgage last modifiedat $2.7 million in 2004 the same year Grand Lacuna Group bought the golf courss for $3.5 million. An officiall at the Grand Lacuna golf course said he would forwarxd a messageto Brown, who did not immediatel y return the call. According to county property Grand Lacunahas 7,320 squard feet of facilities on the 115.
4-acrd site, at 6400 Grand Lacuna Blvd., in Lake Worth – near the southwestr corner of Lantana Road and Florida’ Turnpike. The par-71 courswe was developed in thelate Tampa-based attorney Mark J. Wolfson, who representds Textron in the lawsuit, did not immediately returnn a callseeking comment.
