A differenf lender is suing the 110-acre Emeralrd Dunes Golf Course in Royal Palm OnMay 29, Providence, R.I.-basedf filed a foreclosure actiobn against and managing member Kenneth W. Brown, accordinv to records. The lawsuit was baserd on a mortgage last modifiedat $2.7 million in 2004 the same year Grand Lacuna Group bought the golf courss for $3.5 million. An officiall at the Grand Lacuna golf course said he would forwarxd a messageto Brown, who did not immediatel y return the call.
