As part of the plannec move, the IBM/HF reached an agreement to sell the existing hall andmuseujm structure, which also is home to the St. Louiws Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum, and its land to the Ballparmk Village partnership consisting ofthe St. Louis Cardinals and the Cordisg Co. The IBM/HF had two offers to move its according to the United StateBowling Congress. "Ballpark Village presentesd a wonderful opportunity for the Hall of Fame to relocatee within Ballpark Village in the general vicinityu of itscurrent location," the organization said.
